Something new and different we did for this property... check out the dramatic curb appeal we created using Gentek's Distinction Steel Woodgrain siding in smoked black. Our first time using this product that delivers the look of real wood without the maintenance. The black front door treatment coordinating with the black garage door and upscale lighting brings a new level of sophistication to this home - check it out below.
Something new and different we did for this property... check out the gas firepit (not a fireplace) we added on the back deck with a floating flagstone product that is meant to be installed on raised wood deck supports. New technology that was used to address the issue of empty space left after removing an old broken hot tub... AND to create the firepit that this beautiful big backyard was truly missing. Tell me you wouldn't use a firepit more often if you could just step out your back door and flip a switch... a really cool feature of this property!
